Shipping and storage helpers for UIDBuy buyers
Three small helpers that run in your browser: a dated sample of UIDBuy's route quotes, a box-weight check and a deadline dial for storage and returns.
Nothing here logs in, stores your data or contacts UIDBuy. The route data is a dated copy of what UIDBuy's public shipping estimator returned on October 22, 2026; the other two are plain arithmetic using rules UIDBuy publishes. Use them to plan, then check the live quote on uidbuy.com before you pay.
Route sampler: dated quotes for a kilo to seven countries
Pick a country to see every line UIDBuy's estimator offered for a one-kilogram parcel on October 22, 2026: the delivery window, the price after the discount it applied, the price before it, the weight limit and the labels the quote carried. The discount was shown on every line as 40%, matching the newcomer banner on the home page. Lines that only accept parcels of 13 kg and up are left out, since a one-kilogram price for them means little.
Every line in the sample carried a label promising 20% of the shipping fee back if delivery takes over 30 days. The cheaper EUB lines in Germany, France, Poland and the US were marked "Duties Payable by Recipient"; most of the rest carried a "Tax Exemption" label, which UIDBuy does not explain on the quote itself. Ask customer service what it covers on your line before relying on it.

Box-weight check: real weight against carton size
Many lines bill the larger of the parcel's real weight and its volumetric weight. UIDBuy's estimation page states its divisor as 6000, applied to the product of the carton's three sides in centimetres. One help article gives 5000 instead and adds that 6000, 7000 or 8000 may apply depending on the carrier, so the helper shows both the 6000 and the 5000 figure.

Deadline dial: storage and return dates
Enter the date and time an item reached Stored (or Stocked in) status. The dial gives the last day of free storage, 90 days for items UIDBuy bought for you and 60 days for parcels you had forwarded, and the end of the five-day return window. UIDBuy starts that count at the next full hour after the status flips, then allows 120 hours.

Three ways these helpers can mislead you
The route sampler is a snapshot of one weight on one day. Prices per line change with fuel charges, promotions and the line's own rate card, and a two-kilogram parcel is not simply double the one-kilogram price. Use the sampler to see which kinds of lines exist for your country, then run your real weight through UIDBuy's own shipping estimator, which sits at uidbuy.com/estimation and does not need an account.
The box-weight check needs the outside packed dimensions, not a garment measurement. With the displayed 40 × 30 × 15 cm box and 1.4 kg scale weight, divisor 6,000 gives 3 kg and divisor 5,000 gives 3.6 kg. Both exceed the scale weight. Ask which rule the selected route uses; a smaller carton may help only if it protects the goods and remains eligible. Read shipping guidance before choosing packing.
Select “UIDBuy bought it” or “I forwarded it” according to how the item entered the warehouse, then enter the stored timestamp in the Beijing-time fields. The displayed storage period changes with that selection; it does not confirm that a forwarded item has the same return rights as an agent purchase. Check the relevant conditions in Help and keep time for support before the account deadline.
