Help desk for UIDBuy Spreadsheet readers
Where to get an order problem solved, what the status names on your orders mean, and a glossary for the shorthand you will meet in buyer forums.
Order trouble goes to UIDBuy, not to us
We can explain how UIDBuy works; we cannot see or change your orders. For anything tied to your account, go to UIDBuy directly: the live chat on uidbuy.com, which runs around the clock, or [email protected]. Give the order or parcel number in the first message. For payment problems, the help center asks for the transaction details so it can verify the payment on its side.
If you are stuck on the site itself, the most common fixes from UIDBuy's payment FAQ are mundane: re-enter card details carefully, clear cookies, or try a different browser. A pasted link that returns nothing usually needs to be opened once in a browser to become a full product address.

Order and parcel status names, decoded
UIDBuy's order list uses short status names. The ones you will see most often, with UIDBuy's meaning in our words:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Payment Pending | Order created; pay within 72 hours. |
| Process Pending | Submitted and waiting for a purchaser to verify it. |
| Order Processing | Assigned to a purchaser who is about to buy. |
| Purchased | Bought; waiting for the seller to ship to the warehouse. |
| Shipped (Local) | The seller has sent it to UIDBuy. |
| Received | It reached the warehouse and waits for inspection. |
| Stock arrived | Inspected and weighed; about to be stocked in. |
| Stored | In the warehouse and ready to ship within free storage. |
| Confirmation pending | The purchaser needs an answer from you. |
| Expired | Storage ran out or you abandoned it; the item is destroyed. |
On the parcel side, the usual sequence is International delivery fee pending, Processing, Packed, then in transit and delivered. Received does not yet mean you can ship: wait for Stored.

Forum shorthand and warehouse vocabulary, defined
A short glossary of the abbreviations and terms that turn up on UIDBuy's pages and in buyer forums.
- QC
- Quality check: the photos taken when an item reaches the agent's warehouse, and the act of reviewing them.
- GL / RL
- Forum slang after a look at QC photos: a green light means the item passes and can ship; a red light means it needs returning or swapping.
- Haul
- A parcel of several items shipped together, and the photos people post of it afterwards.
- Rehearsal pack
- UIDBuy's 20 RMB per parcel service: the warehouse boxes and weighs everything first, so the real weight is known before you submit.
- Detailed photo
- UIDBuy's paid extra photo, 1 RMB each, up to 20, taken to your instructions.
- Volumetric weight
- The figure a line bills when a box is big for its weight; carton size decides it. Lines that use it bill the larger of this and the real weight.
- First weight / continued weight
- How lines price parcels: a charge for the first block of weight, then a charge per extra block.
- Declaration
- The contents and value written on the customs form. UIDBuy offers Personalized and System modes.
- Mailing restriction
- A flag set by warehouse staff on items such as liquids or batteries. It filters the routes you can choose.
- Domestic shipping
- Delivery from the Chinese seller to UIDBuy's warehouse. Paid with the item, charged once per seller when checked out together.
- Clear Balance
- An order status: the real cost turned out higher than what you paid, so the difference is due.

Help center articles worth bookmarking
UIDBuy's help center at uidbuy.com/help has 76 articles in five groups. The ones we found most useful, by their own titles: "Inspection Scopes of UIDBuy Shopping Agent Service" for what QC covers; "How long can the goods be stored in the UIDBuy warehouse?" for the 90 and 60 day rule; "Return and Exchange Rules" for the five-day window; "Actual Weight and Volumetric Weight" and "Estimated Billing Weight and Actual Billing Weight" for freight; "How to choose a declaration mode" for customs forms; and the delay compensation policy for late parcels.
Articles do not have their own addresses on uidbuy.com; open the help center and search by title. The older address /page/helpCenter showed an error page when we tried it on October 22, 2026, so use /help instead.
