UIDBuy Spreadsheet shelves, filed by the proof a QC photo gives
Sixteen catalog shelves, grouped by what UIDBuy's warehouse photos can confirm and what you still have to ask about. Search for an item, or pick a shelf below.
Searches the product catalog behind these shelves. Plain English words work best.

Pick a shelf by what the photo can settle
UIDBuy photographs every item when it reaches its warehouse in Xiamen. Those photos settle some questions and leave others open, so the shelves are grouped by which questions are left. Each tile goes straight to that category of the catalog.
Tag-size shelves
Clothes and shoes. The inspector reads the size tag; you still need measurements.

A UIDBuy Spreadsheet, read as shelves
So what a UIDBuy Spreadsheet means here: a browsable product catalog of Taobao, Weidian and 1688 listings, arranged so you can pick something and buy it through UIDBuy. You browse by category or search by keyword, open a listing, copy its marketplace link, and paste that link into UIDBuy. UIDBuy then buys the item from the seller, receives it in its warehouse, photographs it and ships it to you with whatever else you have waiting.
Most spreadsheets stop at the catalog. This one also sorts the shelves by what happens at the warehouse table. UIDBuy's own rules say inspectors check colour, large damage, stains, the size on the label and the model you ordered. They do not measure the garment, judge colour difference or switch on electronics. Those limits are the same for every item, but they matter very differently for a pair of jeans, a leather belt and a perfume bottle.
Use tag-size shelves for clothes and shoes that need measurements, surface shelves for visible finish checks, and route-first shelves for liquids or powered devices. An accessory’s front photo may show a scratch but miss a clasp or back surface. The group tells you which question to ask; it does not make three photos sufficient for every item.
Nothing on this site is a store. Prices, stock and photos live on the original listings, and they change. Each group page has a dated sample listing so you can see what a shelf looked like on the day we read it.

UIDBuy, the Xiamen buyer behind every tile
UIDBuy is a shopping agent and parcel forwarder with its warehouse in Xiamen, Fujian. You pay it for the item and the seller's domestic delivery, it places the order in China, checks what arrives, stores it, and later packs it into an international parcel on a route you choose. Its site works in US dollars by default and takes PayPal, cards, Google Pay and a prepaid balance.
Three ways in: paste a Taobao, Tmall or 1688 link into the search bar; a typed product name, with matches to pick from; or upload a photo and let the image search match it. The beginner guide claims it can capture details for nearly every Taobao, Tmall and 1688 product. Weidian links show in the search bar too.
Its home page sums up the service as three steps: place orders, QC and storage, international shipping. The details behind those steps are where the useful information sits, and also where the official pages sometimes disagree with each other. We list those disagreements rather than pick a side, starting on the About UIDBuy page.
This site is not UIDBuy. We have no referral code with them and earn nothing from the sign-up link; the link carries a plain tracking tag so they can see the visit came from here.

Ten screens between a copied link and your mailbox
The guide on this site is deliberately short: ten stages, one picture each, using UIDBuy's own beginner guide images where they exist. Create an account, find the item, choose its options, confirm the order, pay, let UIDBuy buy it, wait for the warehouse photos, submit a parcel and pay the shipping deposit, watch it get packed, then track it and confirm delivery.
The inspection photos live inside the logged-in warehouse pages, which we cannot photograph from outside, so that stage is described in words. For parcel submission the guide shows UIDBuy's official parcel list instead of the form itself. Every other stage has an official screen or illustration.
UIDBuy also made a two-and-a-half minute walkthrough video, hosted on its own servers. It plays here only when you press the button, and nothing loads from UIDBuy until then. The video shows a sample billing address on screen during the payment part; that is UIDBuy's demo data.
Use UIDBuy route samples, box weights and storage dates
Use the route sampler to inspect a dated 1 kg example for your country, then rerun your actual contents and packed dimensions on UIDBuy. The saved October 22, 2026 results include prices before and after the discount shown that day. Australia returned no route in that particular sample; this is a reason to obtain a current quote, not proof the destination is permanently unavailable.
The box-weight check works out volumetric weight from a carton's size using the divisor UIDBuy's estimation page states, and tells you which weight a line would bill. The deadline dial takes the date an item was stored and gives you the last day of free storage and the end of the return window.
None of them talk to UIDBuy. They are calculators with dated data, so the real quote on uidbuy.com always wins.

What tips the scale toward UIDBuy, and what tips it back
In its favour: a public freight estimator that works without an account, a delay rule, in writing, that hands back twenty per cent of the freight charge once a parcel passes thirty days on the road, free storage for purchased items, and paid extras priced in the open (a rehearsal pack at 20 RMB, a parcel photo at 5 RMB, detailed photos at 1 RMB each).
Against it, or at least worth a second look: its pages contradict each other on several basic points. The help center says the purchasing service is free; the registration agreement describes an 8% platform fee. The home page promises 3 to 5 free QC photos; a help article says usually 3; a product page in the official guide says 3 to 7. The about page names one Xiamen company as the sole operator; the contact page and the terms name others.
None of this means UIDBuy is a bad choice. It means you should read the fee lines on your own order screen before paying, and keep screenshots. Our fees page and QC page lay out each conflict side by side.
Why use this spreadsheet rather than another: the shelves are grouped by a real limit of the inspection process, each figure is stamped with the day we looked it up, and we say plainly where the official pages disagree. If that is not what you need, the buying advice page explains how to judge any spreadsheet site, including this one.

Help, fixes and what changed lately
UIDBuy's own help center holds 76 articles across shopping, warehousing, payment, after-sales and platform rules. Our help page points you to the right one for common problems, explains the status names you will see on your orders, and keeps a glossary of the abbreviations that turn up in buyer forums, QC, GL and RL among them.
For live problems with an order, UIDBuy offers a 24-hour live chat, a support email and a Discord server; those are the people who can see your account. We cannot.
The updates page tracks the official notices and promotions we have seen (a Spain delivery delay notice and an EU customs notice went up on October 20 and 21, 2026), plus a dated log of what we changed on this site. The FAQ collects short answers to the questions new UIDBuy buyers ask most.
